City of Sydney IdentityMediaThe identity involved shifting to a master-brand strategy, reducing the many sub-brands, and unifying the organisation through a clear brand identity that would enable in-house teams and creative partners to thrive when using the system. ?? The brand has been designed to continually evolve. Based on a core and flex model, the identity relies on a suite of core elements for the majority of our applications, and has a broad area to flex for special occasions. We built the identity system on geometry and circle DNA that sporadically existed in their brand due to the circular logo. Santarcangelo non esisteMediaSantarcangelo Festival is one of the most important Italian events dedicated to contemporary theater, dance and performing arts. Founded in 1971, the Festival comes to life in the city of Santarcangelo di Romagna in July, occupying public places such as squares, streets, buildings. Supervised by Professors Marco Tortoioli Ricci and Jonathan Pierini, Santarcangelo non esiste is a project developed for the 50th anniversary of the Festival. The project aims to be a provocation, to reflect on the importance of the Festival in the city and on the value that this cultural institution has given to the territory in all these years. Branding and art direction for Premi Poesia Marta Pessarrodona, a new poetry contest (written and audiovisual) for young people, created by Festival Elixir and Ajuntament de Terrassa. We understand poetry as a way to use any artistic language in actions, situations or objects that inspire sensations, states, beauty, new points of view or new relationships between concepts. Thus, without thematic specificity, the poetics of a language or a work of art has to do with synthesis and association. The project is based on artist and poet projects, such as Joan Brossa, we analyzed their calligrams, to understand better the poetry from a graphic view. We proposed the creation of a calligram with the name of the contest, using a neutral typography that highlights the virtues of the construction.
